Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a part time Dermatologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and North Central Bronx. Jacobi Medical Center is a 457-bed, Level I Trauma Center and North Central Bronx Hospital (NCB) has 213 licensed beds. To this day, Jacobi and NCB remain respected leaders in emergency medicine, trauma surgery, burn care, pediatrics, primary care, and women’s health. Opportunity Details:
Supervise residents in adult, pediatric, and/or surgical dermatology clinics.
Provide clinical care and hands-on teaching to residents and medical students.
Perform inpatient dermatology consults.
Additional teaching and administrative duties available, if desired.
Schedule: 8 hours per week of scheduled clinic time.
Qualifications
Successful completion of an accredited residency program in Dermatology
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology
New York State Medical License
Wages and Benefits include:
Annual Base Salary: $67,400* (board eligible); $69,400* (board certified) based on 8-hour work week.
The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $82,140** (board eligible) and $84,340** (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below:
Projected bonus of up to $8,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
Medical Malpractice Coverage (equivalent to occurrence-based): Provided at no cost to the employee.

The Echocardiographer is responsible for performing diagnostic cardiovascular ultrasound (echocardiography) and electroencephalogram (EEG) studies to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions. This role requires technical expertise, patient care skills, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES/CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE) and assist with transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) as needed
Obtain high-quality cardiac images and Doppler measurements
Recognize and document cardiac abnormalities
Prepare and position patients for echocardiographic procedures
Maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure image quality standards
Perform routine and extended EEG studies according to physician orders
Apply electrodes accurately using the International 10--20 system
Monitor patients during EEG procedures and document clinical events
Identify and report artifacts, abnormal waveforms, and technical issues
Assist with video EEG monitoring when applicable
Verify patient identity and review clinical history prior to procedures
Explain procedures to patients to ensure comfort and cooperation
Maintain accurate and complete documentation in electronic medical records
Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff
Participate in quality assurance and continuing education activities
Rotating weekends, on call when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate from an accredited cardiovascular ultrasound program.
Registered cardiac ultrasound technologist required or RDCS or RCS
One year experience conducting echocardiograms.
Experience in other non-invasive procedures.
Successful completion of orientation program according to department guidelines.
Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) preferred
Registered EEG Technologist (R. EEG T.) or eligibility required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Previous experience in echocardiography and EEG preferred
New graduates with appropriate training may be considered

The Public Relations & Communications Coordinator supports internal and external communications for a not-for-profit hospital organization with locations in Yonkers and Harrison, advancing its mission, brand, strategic and fundraising priorities. Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the hospital's social media channels and social posts.
Maintaining and updating the hospital's website.

The Research Associate will provide critical support to the Principal Investigator (PI) and Senior Project Manager across multiple Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) projects focused on community trust building.
This role requires strong community engagement and organizational skills, independent judgment, and the ability to manage complex tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include engaging community and faith-based leaders to support participant recruitment, data management, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and oversight of research platforms such as SurveyMonkey, Dedoose, and REDCap.
