This five-day a week program is for students who have a strong interest in the health care professions. This program will expose students who have a strong interest in the health professions allow you to be placed in a community health based organization in order for you to obtain exposure to community and public health experiences in underrepresented populations, in order to bring awareness of the issues and concerns of these communities. Thereby, minimizing healthcare disparities and improving the health and wellbeing of its citizens.
